Our breakdown / repair service labour and travel is at a fixed cost, so you can be confident of no hidden surprises, any parts needed to effect a repair will clearly be explained to yourselves and whenever possible the faulty component will be demonstrated to you so you can be confident in the repair being effective. Parts are charged on an as used basis, so you only pay for exactly what you require.
We are service agents for a number of boiler manufacturers, meaning we undergo regular training on new products etc. this also gives us access to regular spares deliveries from various manufacturers in the unlikely instance that we do not carry the specific part your breakdown requires.
